The Lotus Scandinavian 40 is an elegant and fast touring boat. The character of the boat is given by its classic appearance, its sleek lines and excellent driving characteristics. It is suitable for single-handed sailing, family tours, but also competitive if you are looking for a sporty experience. It has stable and predictable behavior, easy to handle even in stronger winds. Only about 36 of this type were produced in Denmark and Sweden - this specimen is one of the most beautifully shaped and looking sports cruisers.

If you are looking for a uniquely styled, fast and yet classic sailboat that you can take on single-handed racing and family tours, then this boat could be the love of a lifetime.

Capacity max. 8 people / berths for 6 people (but for longer trips it is more comfortable for 2-3 people)
In the fall of 2019 the boat received a complete paint job – above the waterline and on the deck. In the spring of 2024 the underwater part received osmosis protection. The engine is in reliable, well-maintained condition. The boat is currently stored dry, on a trestle, waiting for its new owner.

Der Charakter des Bootes wird durch sein klassisches Erscheinungsbild, seine schlanken Linien und seine hervorragenden Fahreigenschaften geprägt. Es eignet sich für Einhandsegeln, Familientouren, aber auch für sportliche Wettkämpfe. Es bietet ein stabiles und berechenbares Verhalten und ist selbst bei stärkerem Wind leicht zu handhaben. Nur etwa 36 Exemplare dieses Typs wurden in Dänemark und Schweden produziert – dieses Exemplar ist einer der formschönsten und schönsten Sportkreuzer.

Im Herbst 2019 erhielt das Boot einen kompletten Anstrich – oberhalb der Wasserlinie und an Deck. Im Frühjahr 2024 wurde der Unterwasserbereich gegen Osmose geschützt. Der Motor ist zuverlässig und gut gewartet. Das Boot liegt derzeit trocken auf einem Bock und wartet auf seinen neuen Besitzer.
Möglicherweise können auch mit nur 50 % Eigentumsanteil zu verkaufen!
